DirecTV tells me that the access card reader on my HD10-250 that I purchased in July 2006 is defective. All of the "hacks" are still working and I can run TivoWebPlus and download programs with TyTools so I suspect they are correct and we just need to replace the access card reader.

How do I go about getting warranty service from PTVupgrade on this box?
