WHY DO I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY UPDATE WEBPLUS

Every few days when i try to access webplus it hangs.  I then have to reboot the HR10.  Then the browser reverts to the original one ie 1.2 i think it is.  Then i go to Thomson.Tivo and have to go throught the whole process of loading in 1.3.1 and then that works for a few days before going throught the process again.

What am i doing wrong.  This is a purchased and installed drive through PTV
